LawDocsXpress, a privately held Georgia corporation, was created to leverage
technology to meet the unique needs of the legal industry.  To fulfill this mission, it takes knowledge of both legal services and emerging technologies.

COFOUNDER
Catherine E. Massey has more than 15 years experience as Owner & President of Legal Resources, Inc., a legal temporary and placement service in Atlanta, Georgia.  In addition, she has more than 10 years experience in corporate management with emphasis in human resources.  She has a BA from Duke University and an MS from Georgia State University.

COFOUNDER
Sharon S. Quaintance has extensive background in telecommunications, data transport and Internet services.  As VP Operations for Avana Communications, she guided all aspects of its explosive growth -- taking it from a local Internet company to a nationwide convergence company in six months.  In addition, she has more than 18 years experience in corporate voice and data telecommunications.  She has a MBA degree from Loyola Marymount University and a BA from the University of Southern California.
