Sharon Quaintance is the architect of LawDocsXpress’ operational processes and technology platform, and is an inventor on the LawDocsXpress patent application. Quaintance has extensive background in implementing operational changes in both large corporations and entrepreneurial environments. She served as Vice President-Operations for Avana Communications during its expansion from a local Internet company to a regional convergence company. She is a former partner in a technology consulting firm, where she focused on operational implementation and interconnection negotiations. Quaintance has held various corporate management positions, including having had profit and loss responsibility for a $135 million line-of-business.
In 2006, Quaintance was named one of the Top 5 Small Business Owners of the Year by the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and has been a speaker at several Chamber events. She has participated in the Georgia Tech Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship’s IMPACT Speaker Series, and has been a speaker at numerous legal organizations on the topic of legal process outsourcing (LPO) and operational efficiency. She is a frequent guest lecturer on strategic planning and entrepreneurship and has been a judge of multiple MBA business case competitions.
Quaintance has an MBA from Loyola Marymount University and a BA from the University of Southern California. Quaintance is serving her fourth consecutive year on the board of directors of the Atlanta Chapter of Achievement Rewards for College Scientists (ARCS).
