In mid-2003 coincident with the beginning of its rapid
growth, LDX formed a Board of Advisors to provide important independent
perspectives and guidance. The Board serves as a forum for development of best
practices and long-range planning for LDX.
Bonnie Herron
Bonnie Herron is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and
Corporate Secretary of Intelligent Systems Corporation. Ms. Herron is also
Executive Director of the Intelligent Systems Incubator, which was recently
ranked in the top 10 technology incubators in the U.S. Ms. Herron currently
serves as the Chair of the 1,300 member National Business Incubation Association
and was recently elected to her second term on the NBIA Board of Directors. She
is also on the board of the Atlanta Venture Forum, Technology Association of
Georgia, and the Advisory Council of Georgia's Intellectual Capital Partnership
Program.
Michael Tonsing
Michael Tonsing is a member of the California State Bar. His law firm, headquartered in the San
Francisco Bay Area, specializes in civil litigation matters. Mike is a former
Assistant U.S. Attorney. He was a Supreme Court Fellow, serving on the staff of
then Chief Justice Warren E. Burger. He currently serves on the editorial board
of The Federal Lawyer, the official publication of the Federal Bar Association.
He is a former "litigator of the month" for Summation Legal Technologies. For
the last several years he has written a regular legal technology column in The
Federal Lawyer entitled "The Federal Lawyer in Cyberia."
